Over 95% of our clients would recommend our services to others!
What Is Your Situation?
Are you splitting up with your spouse or partner and can't agree on child custody or property issues?
Is someone trying to collect money from you, but you can't seem to talk to them about a payment plan?
Are you having trouble getting along with a family member or neighbor?
Do you not want to go to work because you have an ongoing conflict with a co-worker, boss, or employee?
Do you have an agreement with someone who isn't following the terms of the agreement?
Are you a party to a court case?
What Do We Do?
At Ku'ikahi Mediation Center, we provide affordable mediation services to assist you, and whoever you are in a dispute with, to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions.
Our professionally trained mediators will take you through a process of neutral information gathering, identifying issues, and then coming up with possible solutions. The goal is to design custom resolutions for your specific situation.
We also facilitate meetings for boards, associations, and other types of groups. Plus, we offer trainings, workshops, and educational programs.
What Is Mediation?
Mediation is an informal, confidential process in which a neutral third party - the mediator - helps people: 1) talk through their differences, 2) explore and negotiate options, and 3) craft agreements that are fair, realistic, and durable.
Mediation is voluntary and requires good faith by all parties. The mediators ensure a safe and respectful process for everyone involved.
What Don't We Do?
We do not judge, take sides, or decide who's right or wrong.
We do not force you to accept any solution or agreement.
What Can You Do?
You can control the outcome of your dispute by coming to mediation, or you can give the judge control by litigating in court.
You can discuss the issues privately in a confidential setting in the comfort of our offices or you can have your dispute heard in a courtroom where everything that is said is public.
You can spend lots of time and money litigating in court, or spend a few hours in mediation at affordable rates.
It's your choice.
How Much Does It Cost?
Mediation is a low-cost way to resolve issues, and may save on court filing, process serving, and attorney fees. For individuals, our mediation fees are on an affordable sliding scale based on annual household income. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Call us today to find out how inexpensive (if any) your fee would be!
For business mediations, meeting facilitations, custom trainings, and other services, please give us a call to discuss your needs and we'll get you a quote.
